摘要
针对嵩县金矿深部矿体及围岩赋存在破碎蚀度带内的特点,开展了上向进路充填采矿法试验研究。为保证安全高效开采,借助ANSYS数值模拟软件,模拟研究了一步进路宽3.0m、3.5m和4.0m,二步进路宽3.0m、3.5m及分层高3.0m、4.0m情况下顶板的位移、应力变化情况。结果显示:最大竖向位移出现在采场上部岩石中,以采场中央沉降最大;各个方案二步进路开挖产生的应力比一步进路的应力明显增大;随进路宽度与分层高度的增大,采场竖向位移与应力呈逐步增大的趋势。根据各方案的各项指标值与生产施工组织的需要,确定采场结构参数为:一步采3.5m×3.0m,二步采3.0m×3.0m。
Based on the fact that the deep ore body and surrounding rock of the Songxian Gold Mine occur in the fractured alteration zone,experimental research on the upward approach and filling mining method is carried out.In order to ensure the mine safety and highly efficient mining,ANSYS numerical simulation software simulated and studied the roof vertical displacement,stress variation status with the one-step approach width of 3.0 m,3.5 m and 4.0 m,two-step width of 3.0 m and 3.5 m and level height of 3.0 m and 4.0 m.The results show that the maximum vertical displacement occurs in the rock on the top of the stope,and the central settlement is the greatest in the stope.The stress produced by the two-step approach of each scheme is significantly higher than that of the one-step approach.With the increase of the width and height of the tunnel,the vertical displacement and stress of the stope are increasing gradually.The value of each plan and the need of production organization are summarized,and the stope structural parameters are determined as follows:the one-step is 3.5 m×3.0 m,and the two-step is 3.0 m×3.0 m.
