Research on Mining Technology Optimization for Sublevel Drilling and Stage Open-stope Method with Backfill

摘要 莱新铁矿应用单侧推进的分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法开采厚大矿体,存在生产能力低、损失率高等问题。结合现场生产现状和矿体开采条件,对目前应用的采矿方法进行优化设计,并在现场进行工业试验。试验结果表明,与原先应用的单侧推进的分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法相比,优化后的采场结构参数与布置方式可以使采场生产能力提高112%,矿石回采率提高3%,出矿成本下降18%(5.71元/t),获得了良好的技术经济指标。 Laixin Iron Mine used the unilateral-propulsion sublevel drilling and stage open-stope method with backfill to mine the thick and large ore body,existing the problems of low production capacity and high loss rate.Aiming at the problems,combined with the current production status and the mining conditions of the ore body,optimal design on the mining method was carried out,and the industrial test was carried out on the site.The test results show that compared with original mining method,the optimized stope structure parameters and arrangement can increase the stope production capacity by 112%and the ore recovery rate by 3%,as well as decrease the ore drawing cost by 18%(5.71 RMB/t),with good technical and economic indicators.
