摘要
大直径深孔采矿嗣后充填采矿法是一种高效率、低成本的采矿方法,矿岩稳固性好,空场结构参数不宜过大是其应用成功的基本前提。福建紫金山金铜矿在矿岩最大抗压强度只有66MPa、水平构造应力高达30 MPa、综合岩体质量指标为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的不利条件下,开创了50 m段高、15m跨度、70m全厚度一次采矿嗣后充填的先例,形成了不良岩体环境下应用该种采矿工艺的主要技术,并结合当代采矿技术发展趋势,提出了该采矿方法今后的发展方向与改进方案,值得国内外同行借鉴。
Large-diameter long-holes open stope and backfill method is an efficient and low-cost mining method.Its application condition is that the ore-rock stability is good and the structural parameters of the stope should not be too large.Under the adverse conditions of the largest compressive strength of ore rock of only 66 MPa,the horizontal tectonic stress of 30 MPa and the rock mass quality index ofⅢ~Ⅳgrade,Zijinshan Gold-copper Mine in Fujian realized one-time mining and subsequent filling with 50 mof stage,15 mof span,70 mof thickness,and formed the main technology of applying this kind of mining technology in bad rock mass environment.Combined with the development trend of modern mining technology,the development direction and improvement plan of this mining method in the future are put forward,which are worth borrowing and signing at home and abroad.
