黄沙坪多金属矿全尾砂胶结充填试验研究及工程应用 被引量:13

Experimental Study and Engineering Application of Cemented Filling with Full Tailings in Huangshaping Polymetallic Mine

摘要 黄沙坪多金属矿原设计采用上向水平分层废石充填采矿法,存在开拓工程量大、采场接顶率低、矿柱回采难度大、充填成本高等问题。为更安全高效采矿、降低充填成本,改为全尾砂胶结充填。在尾砂基本物理性质、流动性及强度试验的基础上,提出了黄沙坪多金属矿全尾砂胶结充填工艺。工业试验结果表明:采用全尾砂做充填骨料、新型充填G料做胶结剂,能够满足矿山生产对充填工艺和充填体强度的要求,且选厂尾砂可以全部充填到井下,实现无尾砂排放;充填料浆质量浓度为67%,充填流量最大80 m^(3)/h,灰砂比1∶6~1∶10,充填料浆能够顺利进入待充填区域,料浆达到结构流状态,各项指标均满足要求。全尾砂胶结充填系统的建成使用,为黄沙坪多金属矿安全、高效充填开采奠定了基础。 The original design of Huangshaping polymetallic mine adopted the upward horizontal layered waste rock filling mining method,which existed lots of problems,such as the large amount of development work,low stope roofing rate,difficulty in pillar recovery,and high filling cost.In order to realize the safe and efficient mining,as well as to reduce the filling cost,the minging method is now replaced by cemented filling with full tailings.Based on the basic physical properties,flowability and strength tests of tailings,the cemented filling technology with full tailings in Huangshaping polymetallic mine was proposed.The results of industrial tests are concluded as follows.Firstly,using full tailings as filling aggregate and a new filling G material as cementing agent can meet the requirements of production on the filling process and filling strength,and the tailings from the concentrator can be fully filled to the underground,so as to achieve zero-discharge of tailings.Secondly,when the filling slurry concentration is 67%,the maximum filling flow is 80 m^(3)/h,and the cement-sand ratio is 1∶6 to 1∶10,the filling slurry can enter the filling area smoothly,the slurry reaches the structural flow state,and all the indexes can meet the requirements.The construction and application of cemented filling system with full tailings can provide a technical support for high-quality and low-cost filling mining in Huangshaping polymetallic mine.
