某矿山高浓度胶结充填材料试验研究 被引量:8

Experimental Study on High-Concentration Cemented Filling Material in a Mine

摘要 针对某金属矿山将原废石充填采矿法改为全尾砂胶结充填采矿法的现状,对其选厂全尾砂开展了基本物理化学参数、粒度分析、塌落度等试验研究,进行了不同质量浓度的全尾砂充填料浆的L管流动性试验。根据试验结果,计算出全尾砂充填料浆在不同质量浓度、不同流量及不同管道直径条件下的管道输送阻力,分析得出管道输送阻力的关键影响因素,并确定可实现充填料浆管道自流输送的充填倍线。结果表明:充填料浆质量浓度为70%~76%时,塌落度均在28 cm以上,流动性较好;管道输送阻力的关键影响因素为充填料浆质量浓度和管道直径,充填料浆质量浓度越大,管道直径越小,管道输送阻力越大;当全尾砂充填料浆质量浓度为70%~76%,输送管道直径为150 mm,充填流量为80 m^(3)/h时,其流动性及输送性能最佳,可以实现顺利自流输送的充填倍线为6.71~11.13。试验结果可为该金属矿山全尾砂胶结充填系统建设提供技术支撑。 In view of the current situation of changing the original waste rock filling mining method to the full tailings cemented filling mining method in a metal mine,the experimental research on the basic physical and chemical parameters,particle size analysis and slump of the full tailings in its concentrator was carried out.And the L-tube fluidity tests on the full tailings filling slurry with different mass concentrations were carried out.According to the test results,the pipeline transportation resistance of full tailings filling slurry under the conditions of different mass concentrations,different flows and different pipeline diameters was calculated,the key influencing factors of pipeline transportation resistance were obtained,and the filling times line that can realize the pipeline self flow transportation of filling slurry was further obtained.The results are concluded as follows.When the mass concentration of filling slurry is 70%~76%,the slump is more than 28 cm and the fluidity is good.The key influencing factors of pipeline transportation resistance are the mass concentration of filling slurry and pipeline diameter.The greater the mass concentration of filling slurry,the smaller the diameter of the pipe,and the greater the pipeline resistance.When the mass concentration of full tailings filling slurry is 70%~76%,the pipeline diameter is 150 mm,and the filling flow is 80 m^(3)/h,the fluidity and transportation performance are the best.The filling times line that can realize smooth gravity transportation is 6.71~11.13.The test results can provide a technical support for the construction of full tailings cemented filling system in this metal mine.
