摘要
基于高效浓密机浓缩机理,分析了料浆絮凝沉降过程,将料浆的分布状态划分为5个区域。以高效浓密机出浆过程中4种不同状态为基准,描述了不同状态下各区域的动态变化情况。利用压缩层和浓缩层高度与料床高度和重量的对应关系,提出了高效浓密机浓缩过程动态平衡控制措施,并通过应用实例计算出底流浓度为70%~71%时,对应流量为93.78~105.98 m3/h,料床高度与重量分别不低于15.41%和13.45%。工程运用结果表明,在满足料床高度与重量的情况下,底流流量基本控制在93.58~103.61m3/h,底流浓度范围基本在69.7%~71.2%,理论计算结果与实际情况基本吻合,可满足生产要求。
Based on the concentration mechanism of high-efficiency thickener,the flocculation sedimentation process of mortar was analyzed,and the distribution state of mortar was divided into 5 parts.The dynamic changes of each part in different states were described in terms of the four different conditions of high-efficiency thickener during the pulping process.Using the correspondence between the height of the compression and concentration layer with the height and weight of material bed,the dynamic balance control measures of the high-efficiency thickener during the concentration process were put forward.And when the underflow concentration was between 70% and 71%,the corresponding flow was in the range of 93.78 m3/h to 105.98 m3/h,and the height and weight of the bed was respectively not less than 15.41%and 13.45%by using an application to calculate.Engineering application results showed that under the condition of satisfying the height and weight of material bed,the underflow rate was basically controlled in the range of 93.58 m3/h to 103.61 m3/h,and the underflow concentration range was from 69.7%to 71.2%.The theoretical calculation results were basically in agreement with the actual situation and could meet the production requirements.
