云南某铜矿尾矿浓缩优化及工业应用

摘要 为满足矿山提产增效目的,对絮凝剂添加系统进行了改造,提高了絮凝剂制备能力,解决了絮凝剂制备不足难题;对絮凝剂选型进行优化,开展了工业试验,表明絮凝剂2769M沉降效果优于目前生产上使用的絮凝剂665S,可以满足4.35万t/d的生产需求,并可降低浓缩输送絮凝剂药剂成本0.024元/t。 The flocculant addition agent system was improved to increase the production yield and efficiency of the mine,so the preparation capacity of flocculant was improved,so the insufficient preparation problem was solved;the selection of flocculant was optimized,and the industrial test was developed,it shows the sedimentation rate effect of flocculant 2769M is better than the current flocculant 665S used in production,it can meet production requirements of 43.5 thousand t/d,and costs for concentrated conveying of flocculant can be decreased by¥0.024 Yuan/t.
