摘要 为了解决浓密机底流浓度不稳定,浓密及压滤设备台效低的生产操作问题,本文设计并开发了包括浓密机底流浓度关键运行参数软测量、浓密机生产过程动态监测及浓密机底流放矿的自动控制在内的浓密脱水过程智能控制系统。该套系统在兼顾浓密脱水过程安全生产的同时,通过稳定并适当提高浓密机底流浓度来提高设备运转效率。通过在国内某大型铜矿精矿浓密脱水流程的应用,验证了该套智能控制系统的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of unstable underflow concentration and low efficiency of thickener and pressure filter,this paper designs and develops an intelligent control system for thickening and dewatering process including soft measurement of key operating parameters of thickener underflow concentration,dynamic monitoring of thickening process and automatic control of underflow concentration.The system stabilizes and appropriately increases the underflow concentration of thickener,so that the operating efficiency of the equipment is improved.Through the application of thickening and dewatering process in a large copper mine in China,the effectiveness of the thickening and dewatering process intelligent control system is verified.
