摘要
通过对现有采煤厂煤泥压滤设备控制系统工作缺陷进行分析,并结合长期工作经验和模糊控制理论发展的最新成果,提出了基于PID控制策略和变频技术的煤泥压滤设备的智能化控制系统,对该控制系统的整体结构组成及工作原理进行了分析。该控制理论的提出很好地解决了现有控制系统存在的智能化程度低、产品生产过程稳定性差、效率低下的问题。
Through the analysis of the working defects of the control system of the coal slime filtration equipment in the existing coal mining plant,and combining with the long-term working experience and the latest achievements of the development of the fuzzy control theory,The intelligent control system of coal slurry pressure filtration equipment based on PID control strategy and frequency conversion technology is put forward.The whole structure and working principle of the control system are analyzed.The proposed control theory solves the problems of low intelligence,poor stability and low efficiency of the existing control system.
