摘要
开发利用矿产资源是我国工业建设和发展的重点。在矿山设计中,采矿方法若不能很好地适应矿山实际,可能会导致井下采矿不安全、矿产资源回收率低、资源浪费严重、地表塌陷等问题。某萤石矿区内主要矿体有2条,由Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号矿体以及零星小矿体组成。矿石资源储量规模较大,品位高、加工技术性能好。但是采用的采矿方法具有回采率低、机械化程度低、资源浪费等缺点。为了解决以上问题,通过将脉内运输巷改为脉外运输巷、人工出矿改为铲运机出矿、改变矿房参数等方式对采矿方法进行了优化设计。经实验采场验证,优化设计后的采矿方法可有效提高资源回收率4.99%,并且具有采矿工作效率高、作业安全、机械化程度高等特点,十分有利于矿山后期的发展。
Exploiting and utilizing mineral resources is the key point of China's industrial construction and development.In the mine design,if the mining method cannot adapt to the reality,it may lead to unsafe underground mining,low recovery rate of mineral resources,serious waste of resources,surface subsidence and so on.There are two main orebodies in a Mine,which are composed of No.1 and No.2 orebodies and sporadic small orebodies.The resource reserves are of medium scale,and the ore grade is high and the processing performance is good.However,the mining methods currently used are low recovery rate,low degree of mechanization and waste of resources,which affect the development of mines.In order to solve above problems,the mining method was optimized by changing the intravenous transport roadway to the extra venous transport roadway,the manual mining to the scraper mining and changing the parameters of the mining room.The experiment verifies that the optimized mining method can effectively increase the recovery rate of resources by 4.99%,and has the characteristics of high mining efficiency,safe operation and high mechanization degree,which is very beneficial to the later development of the mine.
