利用钒钛渣开发矿山充填胶凝材料试验研究 被引量:11

Experimental Research of Developing Cementing Filling Material with Vanadium-titanium Slag in Mines

摘要 针对承德钢铁公司的钒钛水淬渣,开展了开发矿山充填胶凝材料的试验研究,根据现场取样的化学成分、质量和特性评定,开展了酸性和碱性2类激发剂的配比试验研究。结果表明:酸性激发剂的28 d抗压强度均未超过1.0MPa,碱性激发剂的效果更差;进一步的优化激发试验后,28d抗压强度达到了3 MPa左右,能够满足充填体强度要求,但增加了充填成本。 With the water quenched slag of vanadium-titanium in Chengde Iron and Steel Company,experimental researches of developing mine cementing filling material were carried out. According to the field sampling's chemical composition,quality and characteristics evaluation,proportioning tests on acidic and alkaline activators were put forward. The results showed that the compressive strength of filling material with acidic activator was less than 1. 0 MPa in 28 days,and that with alkaline activator was worse. After optimizing the tests,the compressive strength in 28 days was about 3 MPa,which met the required filling strength,but increased the filling cost.
