鞍钢矿山全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料配方正交试验与优化 被引量:20

Orthogonal Tests and Optimization on the Formula of New Cement Filling Material with Whole Tailings of Angang Mine

摘要 基于目前以水泥作为充填胶凝材料的铁矿充填法采矿面临严峻的经济效益问题,利用水淬渣和脱硫石膏等废弃物开发全尾砂充填胶凝材料,是降低充填采矿成本提高采矿经济效益的有效途径。以鞍钢水淬渣为主要原料,以水泥熟料、脱硫石膏和工业芒硝为复合激发剂开展充填胶凝材料配方的正交试验。试验结果表明,对充填体28d强度影响程度从大到小的顺序是:脱硫石膏〉工业芒硝〉水泥熟料。通过调整激发剂掺量进行胶凝材料配比优化试验,从而得到全尾砂充填胶凝材料的最优配比是:水泥熟料4%、脱硫石膏11%、工业芒硝0%和矿渣粉85%,其胶结充填体28d强度为3.79 MPa。是相同条件下水泥胶结充填体强度的2.7倍,但材料成本仅是水泥的45%~50%。 The backfill mining for iron ore based on concrete as cementing materials is facing severe economic problems.Utilization of water quenching slag,desulfurization gypsum and other rejected materials as whole tailings cementing materials is an effective way to reduce backfilling cost and improve economic benefits of mining.Taking the water quenching slag in Angang mine as raw material,along with cement clinker,desulfurization gypsum and industry mirabilite as compound excitant,orthogonal tests were put forward on proportioning of cementing materials. The test results showed that,the effect on backfill strength of filling bodies in 28 days arranged with the largest in front:desulfurization gypsum industrial sodium sulfate cement clinker.By adjusting the amount of activator,an optimization test on material proportioning was carried out.Thus,the optimal proportioning for the whole tailings cementing material was obtained that the amounts of cement clinker,desulfurization gypsum,and water slag were 4%,11%,85%.Under this condition,the filling strength of 28 days was 3.79 MPa,which was 2.7times of that cemented with concrete,and the material cost was 45%~50% of concrete.
