摘要
矿山井下环境恶劣,伴有高温、潮湿、多粉尘、供电不便、坐标标定精度差等问题,通过对矿用三维激光扫描仪封装防护、本地化供电、高精度标定等关键技术研究,提高了仪器的防护等级和标定精度,增强了便携性。试验结果表明,矿用三维激光扫描仪可准确测量采空区三维形态,为矿山采空区探测和综合治理提供了技术手段。
The environment of underground mine is severe,accompanied with high temperature,humidity,dust,inconvenience of power supply,and poor accuracy of coordinate calibration.Through researches on key technologies of protective package,local power supply,and calibration with high precision for 3Dlaser scanner,the levels of protection,calibration accuracy and portability were enhanced.The test results showed that the improved 3Dlaser scanner can accurately measure the goaf shapes,providing a technical method for goaf detection and comprehensive management.
