摘要
首先设计了水胶比、砂率、减水剂3个平行试验,结果显示水胶比为0.44、砂率44.8%~48.8%、减水剂1.0%时,自密实混凝土(self-compacting concrete,SCC)性能较好,接着为了合理有效地确定SCC中砂率及粉煤灰、矿粉掺量,进行了多项性能指标的4因素3水平正交试验,分析了各因素水平对自密实混凝土填充性及间隙通过性的影响,最终确定了各要素最佳掺量。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量是影响其填充性的最重要因素,而砂率是影响其间隙通过性的最重要因素,当粉煤灰及矿粉掺量均为18%、砂率48.8%时,自密实混凝土综合工作性能达到最优。
First,three parallel experiments were designed:water-binder ratio,sand ratio,and water-reducing agent.The results showed that when the water-binder ratio was 0.44,the sand ratio was 44.8%to 48.8%,and the water-reducing agent was 1.0%,the SCC performance was better.Then in order to determine sand ratio and the quantity of slag powder and fly ash reasonablyand effectively in the self-compacting concrete mixture ratio design,the orthogonal experiment of"4 factors and 3 levels"with many performance index have been done just to analyze the effects of various factors on the filling in the gaps of the self-compacting concrete,as well as the effects of flowing through the gaps of reinforcement,and the optimal amount of several factors was finallydetermined.The results show:Fly ash content is the most important factor affecting the filling property of self-compacting concrete,and sand ratio is the most important factor affecting the clearance trafficability of self-compacting concrete.When the content of fly ash and mineral powder content are both 18%,sand ratio is 48.8%,the comprehensive performance of self-compacting concrete is the best.
