摘要
《食品质量控制与管理》是江南大学食品学院的重要专业课程,面对"双一流"学科建设的机遇与挑战,以江南大学卓越课程建设为契机,课程从教学内容、建设措施、课程资源三个方面进行了卓越课程建设的探索与实践。通过实施课程思政、案例教学、完善师资队伍、更新教材及建设慕课平台,改革教学内容和方式,培养学生自学能力、实践能力和创新精神,为新时代食品行业的发展培养具有一流质量管理人才。
"Food Quality Control and Management"is a core course in the School of Food Science and Technology,Jiangnan University.Under the background of"Double First-Class"university project,the opportunity of prominent course project in Jiangnan University coincidentally promoted the reform and practice the construction of the course"Food Quality Control and Management".The practices included three aspects:teaching content,construction measures and curriculum resources.Through the implementation of value education,case teaching,teaching staff’s construction,textbook update and MOOC platform building,as well as reforming the teaching content and methods,this course aimed to cultivate first-class talents with self-learning ability,practical ability and innovative spirit for the development of food industry in the new era.
