摘要
研究教育管理学学科体系对于促进教育管理学学科的独立和发展具有重大意义。改革开放40年来,我国关于教育管理学学科体系的研究主要包含以下五个方面:教育管理学学科体系的概念、教育管理学学科的历史发展与演变、教育管理学的学科性质与研究对象、教育管理学的研究范式与研究方法以及教育管理学学科理论体系研究等。已有研究虽取得了一定成绩与突破,但同时也存在教育管理学学科体系相关概念界定不清晰、学科性质与研究对象不明确、研究方法不完善等问题。今后,我国教育管理学学科体系研究的重点主要是阐明教育管理学学科体系中的相关概念,强化教育管理学理论研究与管理实践的融合,健全教育管理学方法体系,重视教育管理学理论体系构建和加强教育管理学学科体系的历史研究。
The study of the discipline system of educational management is of great significance in promoting its independence and development.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's research on the discipline system of educational management has mainly focused on the concept of the discipline system,the historical development and evolution,the subject nature and research object,the management,research paradigms and research methods,as well as research on the theoretical system of educational management disciplines. Although the research has achieved certain achievements and breakthroughs,it also has problems such as unclear definition of the relevant concepts of the educational management discipline system,unclear nature of the discipline and research objects,and imperfect research methods.In the future,the focus of research on the discipline system of education management in China is to clarify the relevant concepts in the educational management discipline system,strengthen the integration of educational management theory research and management practice,improve the educational management,method system,attach importance to the construction of educational management theory system and put more emphasis on the historical study of the discipline system of educational management.
