摘要
探讨在《食品安全与质量控制技术》课程的教学中,如何将强化诚信教育、创新教学方法、提升学生的学习兴趣等与素质教育相结合,使专业知识和素质教育有机结合,提升学生的综合素质。
In teaching the course Food Safety and Quality Control, this paper discusses how to strengthen the integrity of education, innovate teaching methods to enhance students' S interest in learning, enhance Food Safety Law publicity and education to promote the overall quality of students.
