摘要 高校研究型人才的培养是建设创新型国家及提高国家整体科研水平的关键所在。江南大学食品学院食品生物技术研究中心在传统的授课教学模式的基础上,开展"探究式教学改革,人才精准培养前移,接轨国际适应市场"等多元协同培养模式的探索,充分体现因材施教和个性化教育,使本科生在系统掌握专业理论知识的同时,尽早接受研究能力的专业化培训,培养本科生的探究精神,强化创新思维和逻辑思维,在打造食品行业研究型人才方面取得了良好的教学效果。 The cultivation of research talents in universities is important for building an innovative country and improving the country’s overall scientific research level. On the basis of the traditional teaching model, a new multi-cooperative training model focusing on "inquiry teaching reform, accurate talent training advancement, and adapting to the international standards and markets", which fully reflects individualized education, has been developed by the Food Biotechnology Research Center of School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University. The undergraduates, while mastering professional theoretical knowledge systematically, can receive professional training of research capabilities as early as possible and be cultivated with the spirit of inquiry, innovative thinking and logical thinking. Good results have already been achieved in food industry research talent cultivation.
