摘要
根据引线框架的结构特点和生产要求,分析了引线框架冲压成形工艺,设计了精密级进模,并介绍了模具结构及关键零件的设计。经实际生产验证,模具设计可靠,避免了生产问题及成形零件缺陷的产生,为高品质、高效率生产提供保障。
Based on the structural characteristics and production requirements of lead frame,the stamping process of the lead frame was analyzed,and the precision stamping progressive die was designed,the die structure and the design of key parts were introduced.Through the actual produc⁃tion verification,the mould design was reliable,which avoided many production problems and part defects,and provided guarantee for high quality and high efficiency production.
