摘要
从冲压件成形前期的工艺设计方案、结构设计以及成形难点进行论述,设计了新型切废料机构,下模刀口安装在延时退出滑块上,凸模安装在上模滑块上,通过卸料板分离制件,制件与废料分离后可顺利掉出模具,开发的切废料机构既节省了成本,又保证了制件成形质量。
Analyzed on the process design, structure design and forming difficulties of stamping parts in the early stage, a new type of waste cutting mechanism was designed. The knife edge of lower half of die was installed on delayed exit slider, and the punch of upper half of die was installed on the slider. The parts were separated from the waste by the stripper plate without deformation.
