摘要
菠萝去皮机固定片是支撑其底座和壳体的重要连接部件,该固定片采用10钢冲压成形。结合冲压成形工艺,多方案比较,最终采用多工位级进模完成了零件的总体工艺方案和模具设计。该冲压工艺方案设计合理,多工位级进模可以在同一个冲压模具实现冲裁和弯曲等多个不同的加工程序,自动化程度高,对类似制件的模具设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
Pineapple peeling machine stator is one of the important connction and support its base shell parts,the fixed piece using 10 steel,combined with the stamping process,scheme comparison,finally with the help of the progressive die station,the overall technology scheme and die design of parts.Progressive die stamping process design is reasonable,the workstation can be realized in the same stamping die blanking and bending such as a number of different processing procedures,high degree of automation,has a certain reference value for the design of similar die.
