摘要
对保护罩的成形工艺进行了分析,重点介绍了拉深工序的模具结构设计及工作过程,特别是制件结构有5°的锥度,在设计拉深模时,凹模采用直壁结构对锥形的制件进行拉深,既方便制件从凹模内出件,又可以减少在拉深时对板料所产生的阻力。经实际生产验证,该模具结构设计合理,稳定性好,生产出的制件合格率高。
The forming process of a protective cover were analyzed, focusing on the draw- ing process of the die structure design and working process, especially with inclination 5 degrees. In the design process of drawing die, the die with straight wall was used to draw the conical parts, which was convenient to take parts out from the die, and also reduced the resistance of sheet metal in drawing process. The practice showed that the die struc- ture was reasonable.
