摘要
介绍了U形卡结构与原成形工艺,通过对原成形工艺进行改进,将U形卡原2道成形工序改为在1副模具上1道工序完成。还介绍了U形卡弯曲模结构与主要零件的设计。实践表明:使用弯曲模提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,生产的制件质量稳定。
The structure and previous manufacturing technique of an U-shaped clip were described.An improvement was made in which original two procedures were integrated in a die and completed by only one process.The structure of the novel bending die for the U-shaped clip and design of key die components were presented.
