摘要
通过对某轿车音响机芯支架零件的结构及工艺分析,阐述了该零件的冲压工艺和模具设计要点,设计了滑块式翻边弯曲模结构及模具主要零部件。实际应用表明:设计的冲压工艺方案合理,模具结构型式新颖、实用可靠。
Analyzed the structure and process of a deck bracket on a automobile sounder. Discussed on the punch process and the die design, an assembly drawing of the pressing die with sliding block was designed. Practical application showed that the design of the punch process of this part is rational, the die structure is novelty,practical and reliable.
