摘要 叙述了侧转向灯座接触片冲裁弯曲成形工艺,分析了成形制件的排样,介绍了模具结构设计特点,并阐述了冲裁凸凹模、制件头部针状部位弯曲压合镶件和侧向成形镶件等的设计。经生产实践证明:模具结构紧凑合理,成形的制件形状和尺寸达到要求,可为成形同类制件的模具设计提供参考。 It described the stamping and bending process of the contact piece of the side steering lamp holder,analyzed the layout of the parts,introduced the design features of the die structure,and explained the design of the punch and concave die,the design of the folding and pressing in⁃sert at the area of the needle shaped on the head of part,and the design of the lateral forming in⁃sert.The production practice proved that the die structure was compact and reasonable,and the shape and size of the produced parts met the requirements,which could provide some reference for the die design of similar parts.
