摘要
通过对汽车开关接触片的冲压工艺进行分析,提出了冲孔、切口、多次拉深、切边、冲槽、十字处凸台成形、整形、切断等成形工艺,设计了排样图及模具结构,还介绍了冲裁拉深级进模的结构特点和主要零部件的设计。经实际生产证明:模具结构布局紧凑、结构合理,拉深成形的零件质量可靠,生产效率高,对类似零件的级进模设计具有一定的参考作用。
Through analyzing the stamping process of automobile switch contact sheet, the processes that piercing, lancing, multiple drawing, edge cutting, notching, cross protruding, trimming, cutting were put forward. The layout and die structure were designed, and the structure characteristics and main parts design of piercing and drawing progressive die were introduced. The practice proved that the die structure was compact and reasonable, and the parts quality was good, which provided a certain reference for the design of pro- gressive die for similar parts.
