摘要
分析了天花灯金属外罩的结构和冲压工艺。首先,设计级进模具,生产天花灯金属外罩的成形部分,并详细介绍了该级进模具的料带图,对该级进模具中的撕裂工序模进行了分析,在撕裂工序模的凹模上开两条槽,以防止工序料与条料完全断开;然后,设计弯边模,对级进模具生产的半成品口部材料进行弯边。在弯边模的下模中,设计了4个滑块和4个斜顶,先用滑块将产品口部材料向内弯边,再用斜顶将弯边后的产品从下模的定位型芯中顶出。最后,设计了两套卷边模,第1套是预卷边模,对弯边后的产品初步卷边;第2套是成形卷边模。在天花灯金属外罩模具中,弯边模是关键模具。
The structure and stamping process of metal cover for ceiling lamp were analyzed.Firstly,the forming part of metal cover for ceiling lamp produced by progressive mold was designed,and the strip diagram of the progressive mold was introduced in detail.Then,the tearing process mold in the progressive mold was analyzed,and two grooves were designed on the die of tearing process mold to prevent the complete disconnection between process material and strip material.Secondly,the bending mold was designed to bend the material at the mouth of semi-product produced by the progressive mold.In the lower mold of the bending mold,four sliders and four inclined roofs were designed,that is,the material at the mouth of product was bent inward by the sliders,and then the product after bending was ejected from the positioning core of lower mold by inclined roof.Finally,two sets of crimping molds were designed.The first set was pre-crimping mold,which was used for preliminary crimping of products after bending,and the second set was forming crimping mold.However,in the metal cover mold of ceiling lamp,the bending process mold was the key mold.
