摘要 陈四楼煤矿21015采煤工作面终采位置平均坡度大。由于地质条件限制,为确保安全高效回撤采煤工作面设备,需采用下山回撤的方式。在综合考虑工作面实际条件和回撤工艺的技术基础上,通过优化收尾工艺、设置留架绞车和调整支架回撤施工工序的方法,实现了采煤工作面设备大坡度下山安全回撤,解决了回撤过程中的难题,为下山条件下的采煤工作面设备回撤提供了一种新方案。 The average slope of the stoping position in 21015 coal mining face of Chensilou Coal Mine is 24°and the maximum is 30°.Due to geological constraints,it is necessary to use the dip withdrawal in order to ensure the safe and efficient withdrawal of coal mining face equipment.On the basis of the actual conditions of the working face and the withdrawal technology,through optimizing the ending technology,setting the winch of retaining frame,and adjusting the construction process of the support withdrawal,the equipment in the working face is safely withdrawn under the condition of large slope.And a new method is provided for the working face withdrawal of under the condition of dip.
