摘要
预掘回撤通道可以缩短综采工作面回撤时间,提高设备回撤速度,同时预掘回撤通道受采动影响显著。通过分析回撤通道支护原理,对12011综采工作面回撤通道采用锚杆+锚索+金属网一次支护形式,采动影响显著时采用顶板注浆加固+布置木垛二次支护形式,有效解决了预掘回撤通道支护困难问题,提高了综采工作面设备回撤效率,在一定程度上提高了矿井经济效益。
Pre-excavation and withdrawal passage can shorten the withdrawal time of fully mechanized mining face,improve the speed of equipment withdrawal,and pre-excavation and withdrawal passage is significantly affected by mining.Based on the analysis of the support principle of the withdrawal passage,bolt+anchor cable+metal mesh is used as primary support for withdrawal passage in 12011 fully mechanized mining face,and roof grouting reinforcement+arrangement of wooden stack secondary support is adopted when mining influence is significant.It effectively solves the difficult problem of support for pre-excavation withdrawal passage,improves the efficiency of equipment withdrawal in fully mechanized mining face,and improves the economic benefit of mine to a certain extent.
