综放工作面大坡度快速回撤技术的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着矿井深度增加、工作面条件逐渐变差,大坡度回撤工作面可能成为常态,但大坡度回撤技术尚未成熟,尤其是回撤期间出现设备下滑、侧翻等问题,为安全带来很大影响。铺网上绳采用新工艺、新材料,掩护式支架的布置和三角区顶板支护,大坡度地点支架防侧翻措施,断层或顶板破碎地点的顶板支护等措施,保证工作面快速回撤,降低劳动强度,保证安全回撤。研究为今后在类似条件下的撤架工作提供了参考和借鉴,具有良好的推广应用前景。 With the increase of the depth of the mine and the gradual deterioration of the working conditions,the work surface of the large slope retraction may become the normal state,but the technology of the large slope retraction is not yet mature,especially the problems such as equipment decline and sideways during the retreat,which have a great impact on safety.The laying line adopts new techniques and new materials,the layout of the cover bracket and the top plate support in the triangular area,the anti-roll measures of the support at the large slope location,and the top plate support at the fault or top plate breakage site to ensure quick retracement of working face,reduce labor intensity and ensure safe retracement.The research provides reference and reference for the future removal work under similar conditions,and has a good prospect for extension and application.
