摘要
为了解决支架回撤困难,影响设备正常回撤和矿井接替生产问题,提出了注浆孔+锚索孔或锚杆孔网格式协同立体空间支护技术,2个锚索孔为线,注浆孔为点,注浆孔点把锚索孔或锚杆孔线连成空间体,研究并试验网格式注锚注浆布置设计方式,消除注浆空白带,注浆孔把锚索形成一个整体,增强支护强度.工业性试验表明:该方案满足大断面回撤通道支护安全要求,大大节约成本,保持顶板和煤壁的稳定,可避免在回撤过程出现冒顶和片帮事故,提高了面回撤效率.
In order to solve the difficulty of stent withdrawal,affecting the normal withdrawal of equipment and mine take over the production problems.The grouting hole+anchor hole or anchor hole mesh cooperative symetrical space support technology is proposed.The two anchor holes are lines and the grouting holes are points.The grouting hole points connect anchor hole or anchor hole line Even into the space body,research and test network layout anchor injection grouting layout design,eliminating blank grouting grouting,grouting hole to anchor cable as a whole,to enhance the support strength.The industrial tests show that the scheme meets the safety requirements for retaining and withdrawing large sections,greatly saves costs,maintains the stability of the roof and the coal wall,avoids the occurrence of roof fall and sheet breakage during the retraction,and improves the efficiency of face removal.
