薄基岩破碎顶板脆裂煤体工作面注浆加固技术 被引量:22

摘要 为解决深部薄基岩破碎顶板脆裂煤体煤壁易片帮及顶板易冒落的问题,以赵固一矿11131工作面为研究对象,采用现场观测的方法得到了煤体裂隙发育及顶板冒落的特征,采用宾汉流体的扩散运动方程计算得出工作面煤壁处浆液的最大扩散半径,提出了计算注浆钻孔仰角的方法,优化了注浆钻孔的布置形式,对工作面煤体片帮区及煤壁破碎区进行注浆加固。结果表明:工作面注浆加固后,煤壁片帮及顶板冒落事故大幅减少,推进速度由3.2 m/d提高至6.7 m/d。 In order to solve the spalling and the roof falling problems of the deep thin base rock broken roof and the brittle fracture coal wall,taking No. 11131 coal mining face of Zhaogu No. 1 Mine as a study object, a site observation method was applied to have the features of the coal mass cracking development and the roof falling.Bingham fluid diffusion movement equation was applied to calculate the max dif- fusion radius of the grout in the coal wall of the coal mining face, The paper provided the method to calculate the elevation angle of the grouting borehole, the layout pattern of the grouting boreholes was optimized and a grouting reinforcement was conducted in the coal spal- ling area of the coal mining face and broken area of the coal wall.The results showed that after the grouting reinforcement of the coal mining face conducted, the coal wall spalling and roof falling accidents were highly reduced, the forward advancing rate of the coal mining face was improved from 3.2 m/d to 6.7 m/d.
