大采高综采工作面回撤通道顶板稳定性及控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 以大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井22311综采工作面回撤通道为研究背景,采用理论计算和FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析得出回撤通道煤柱失稳临界宽度约为4 m;“长关键块B”的长度约为21 m,建立了回撤通道顶板“长关键块”结构力学模型,推导出综采工作面最大“长关键块”作用下液压支架临界阻力表达式,计算得出液压支架的临界阻力为10526 kN,支架临界阻力富余系数(额定阻力/临界阻力)约为1.14;针对液压支架临界阻力富余系数不足易诱发邻架压架、恶性冒(漏)顶或片帮等剧烈矿压事故的问题,提出采用锚杆索联合支护、停采让压、补强加固的多技术手段共同控制回撤通道围岩的稳定,并用于现场试验,取得了较好的控制效果。该研究为该矿井及类似条件矿井回撤通道的稳定控制提供了参考意义。 Taking the withdrawal channel of 22311 fully mechanized working face in Huojitu shaft of Daliuta Coal Mine as the research background,theoretical caleulation and FLAc"D numerical simulation were used to analyze the critical instability width of the withdrawal channel coal pllar,which is about 4 m.The length of"long key block B"is about 21 m.The structural mechanics model of"long key block"on the roof of the withdrawal channel was established,and the expression of the critical resistance of the hydraulic support under the action of the maximum"long key block"in the fully mechanized mining face was derived.The critical resistance of the hydraulic support is 10526 kN,and the margin coefficient of the critical resistance of the support(rated resistance/critical resistance)is about 1.14.In view of the problem that the surplus system of the critical resistance of hydraulic support was insufficient,which was likely to cause severe mine pressure accidents such as adjacent support pressing,malignant roof caving(leakage)or wall fragmentation,the multi technical means of combined support with anchor cables,mining pause for pressure yielding and reinforcement were proposed to jointly control the surrounding rock stability of the withdrawal channel,and they were used in field tests,achieving favorable control effects.This study provides a reference for the stability control of the withdrawal channel in this mine and other mines with similar conditions.
