摘要 浅埋深超长综采工作面推过下部2条顺槽时,由于层间距只有6~9 m,存在支架底座推至顺槽正上方时可能造成下部顺槽垮塌,工作面人员、设备陷入垮落区的安全隐患。对此,介绍了一种454 m超长综采工作面推过下部2条顺槽的割煤工艺、工作面调斜设计和下部顺槽的支护方式。结果表明,454 m超长综采工作面采用上述方法通过下部2条顺槽时,既没有造成下部顺槽垮塌,工作面人员、设备陷入垮落区,也没有造成工作面刮板运输机窜动,顺利推过下部顺槽。 When the shallow buried and super-long fully mechanized mining face is crossed through the lower two mining roadways,because the layer spacing is only 6-9m,there is a hidden danger of the collapse of lower mining roadways,and the staff and equipment in the working face may fall into the collapse area.By taking measures of the optimization of coal cutting technology,the adjustment of working face incline and the reinforcement support of lower mining roadways,the 454 m super long fully mechanized working face passes through the two lower mining roadways smoothly,which neither causes the collapse of the lower roadway nor affects the safety of workers and equipment in the working face.
