摘要
针对超大采高综采工作面在作业中可能存在的架间漏矸伤人、煤尘扬散等问题,研究了一种防漏矸装置,分别从防护位置确定、防护方式设计、制造材料选择、安装尺寸分析等方面对防漏矸装置进行设计与加工制作,并在上湾煤矿12401工作面现场应用,应用结果表明,在不影响支架正常使用的情况下,实现了导矸降尘,为员工创造了更加安全健康的作业环境。
In view of the problems that may exist in the operation of the super high fully mechanized coal mining face,such as gangue leakage between the supports and the scattering of coal dust,a gangue leakage prevention device is studied.The protection device is designed from the determination of the protection position,the design of the protection mode,the selection of the manufacturing materials,the analysis of the installation dimensions.Then,the processing and field application are carried out.The application results show that the gangue guidance and dust reduction are realized without affecting the normal use of the supports,creating a safer and healthier working environment for employees.
