摘要
目的分析互联网+风险清单实践教学模式在护理教学中的应用效果。方法收集宜昌市中心人民医院2019年7月至2019年10月实习的60名护理本科生作对照组,采取常规教学模式;收集2019年11月至2020年1月实习的60名护理本科生作观察组,采取互联网+风险清单实践教学模式。对比两组护生的护理实践综合能力、带教满意度及护理不良事件发生情况。结果观察组护生教学后的理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、自我学习能力、临床思维与判断能力评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护生对于带教工作的满意度为96.67%,比对照组的83.33%高(P<0.05);观察组护生中的护理不良事件发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论互联网+风险清单实践教学模式在护理教学中的应用效果显著,可提升护生的护理实践综合能力及带教满意度,并且降低护理不良事件发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Internet+risk checklist practice teaching model in nursing teaching.Methods Sixty nursing undergraduates who practiced in Yichang Central People's Hospital from July 2019 to October 2019 were collected as the control group,and a conventional teaching model was adopted;60 nursing undergraduates who practiced in the same hospital from November 2019 to January 2020 were collected as the observation group with the practice teaching mode of Internet+risk checklist.The comprehensive ability of nursing practice,satisfaction with teaching and the occurrence of adverse nursing events of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The scores of theoretical scores,operational test scores,self-learning ability,clinical thinking and judgment ability of nursing students in the observation group after teaching were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the observation group with respect to teaching work was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events among nursing students in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Internet+risk checklist practice teaching model has a significant application effect in nursing teaching,which can improve nurses'comprehensive ability in nursing practice and satisfaction with teaching,and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events.
