摘要 重症医学科作为一门新兴学科发展迅速,在医学领域的地位日益提升,但随着各种理念和诊疗技术的应用与更新,重症医学的临床教学工作也面临着挑战。住院医师规范化培训是住院医师在认定的培训基地进行的系统化教育。如何让住院医师在有限的时间内掌握常见的危重症疾病的诊断、治疗方法,如何将所学的理论知识和临床实践相结合,培养严谨的临床思维是重症医学科的教学难点。总结科室多年来的临床教学经验,探讨教学培养模式的新思路,以便更好地改进住院医师规范化培训的教学方法,提高教学质量。 As an emerging discipline,critical care medicine has developed rapidly and its status in the medical field has been increasingly enhanced.However,with the update of various concepts and application of diagnosis and treatment technologies,the clinical teaching of critical care medicine is facing challenges at the same time.The standardized training is a systematic education for resident physicians at recognized training bases.How to make resident physicians grasp the diagnosis and treatment of common critical diseases within a limited time,how to combine the theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,and how to cultivate rigorous clinical thinking are the teaching difficulties of critical care.This paper summarizes the clinical teaching experience of the department for many years,and explores the new ideas of training mode,so as to better improve the teaching method of standardized training for resident physicians and improve the teaching quality.
