摘要
针对镇城底矿22605综掘工作面压入式通风过程中煤尘大的现状,将压入式通风方法优化为混合式通风方法,利用ANSYS数值模拟软件和现场试验结合的方式,对长压短抽通风方式下风筒的位置进行了确定,得到下压风筒距离掘进面4 m,抽风筒距离掘进工作面25 m是最佳的通风距离,除尘效率达到88.47%,有效降低了综掘过程中煤尘的浓度,保证了掘进工作的安全进行。
In view of the current situation of large coal dust in the process of pressing ventilation of 22605 fully mechanized working face in Zhenchengdi Mine,the press-in ventilation method was optimized into a hybrid ventilation method.Software ANSYS numerical simulation and field test were adopted,it was concluded that the best ventilation distance was the air duct 25 m away from the heading face and the distance between the downward air duct and the heading face 4 m,with the dust removal efficiency 88.47%,which effectively reduced the concentration of coal dust and safe mining.
