摘要
为解决开采过程中采硐瓦斯煤尘抑爆、图像信息采集的问题,通过对国内外边帮煤开采设备及通风除尘系统发展现状、特点进行对比分析,利用袋式除尘器的工作原理,设计了边帮煤开采装备用袋式除尘系统,对除尘系统的设计方案进行了详细说明,并通过工业性试验,对设计可行性进行了验证。
In order to solve the problems of gas and dust explosion suppression and image information collection in the mining process,a comparative analysis was conducted on the current development status and characteristics of domestic and foreign slope coal mining equipment and ventilation and dust removal systems.Then,a bag-type dust removal system for the slope coal mining equipment was designed by using the working principle of the bag filter.In addition,the design scheme of the dust removal system was described in detail,and the feasibility of the design was verified by industrial tests.
