摘要
在应用混凝土时,如何控制由于水泥水化热而引起的裂缝,成了长期困扰人们的一大难题。经过研究发现,MgO可以和水反应,生成Mg(OH)2,在这一过程中,自身体积膨胀,可以有效地补偿砼的体积变化,所以在混凝土中掺加一定量的MgO膨胀剂,可以有效的控制混凝土的裂缝开展。本文通过试验研究和ANSYS数值模拟结合的方法,对膨胀剂混凝土的基本力学性能做研究。
How to control the cracks caused by the heat of cement hydration has become a long-term problem. It is found that MgO can react with water to form Mg(OH)2. In this process, its volume expansion can effectively compensate the volume change of concrete. Therefore, adding a certain amount of MgO expansion agent in concrete can effectively control the crack development of mass concrete. In this paper, the basic mechanical properties of expansive agent concrete are studied through the combination of experimental research and ANSYS numerical simulation.
