摘要
针对山东唐口煤业有限公司5301工作面粉尘浓度高的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、实验室测定和现场应用相结合的方法,在对大采高工作面粉尘产生及运移规律进行研究的基础上,采用了通风除尘、喷嘴喷雾、煤层注水等措施,有效降低了工作面的粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境,保障了职工的身体健康。
Based on problems of high concentration of dust existed in the large mining heightworking face of one coal mine in Shangdong,methods of theoretic analysis,numerical simulation and laboratory testing are applied to be integrated with site practice,to conduct researches on the producing of the dust and itsmoving laws,inwhich some measures are adopted,such as ventilation and dust removal,nozzle spraying and coal seam injection,to effectively reduce the concentration of dust of the working face,improve the working environment and guarantee the health of the employees.
