摘要
基于综掘工作面粉尘产生的机理,参考目前的除尘技术,研发了一种集通风和除尘一体的成套除尘系统,并进行了现场试验,试验证明该除尘系统的降尘效率达到80%~84%,若与综掘工作面的机组和通风设备配套使用除尘效果更佳,可以满足煤矿井下的除尘要求。
Based on the mechanism of dust generation in fully mechanized working face and referring to the current dust removal technology, a complete set of dust removal system is developed, which integrates ventilation and dust removal, and the field test is carried out. The test shows that the dedusting efficiency of the system is 80%, and if the dust removal effect is better with the units and ventilation equipment in the fully mechanized working face, it can meet the dust removal requirements in the coal mine.
