煤矿井下活性磁化水降尘技术应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对工作面呼尘比重大及现有技术降尘效率低的问题,基于表面活性剂与磁化协同理论,提出了活性磁化水降尘技术;通过溶液湿润性能试验,研究得出活性磁化水表面张力、接触角较纯水降低了60%以上;此外,针对煤矿井下工作空间狭窄的特点,设计了一套活性磁化水系统,实现了低浓度活性剂准确添加及持续高效获得活性磁化水的目的;经现场应用表明,该降尘技术对全尘及呼尘除去效率较纯水增加了40%以上,极大改善了井下工作环境。 For the problems of high percentage of respirable dust in face and the poor dust control efficiency of available technologies in the underground mine, based on the synergistic theory between surfactants and magnetization, the surfactant-magnetized water was proposed as an efficient dust suppression technology. Through the wetting characteristics experiments of solution, it was verified that the surface tension and contact angle of the surfactant solution decreased more than 60% than that of water. Additionally, to adapt the narrow space environment in the underground mine, the paper put forward a surfactant-magnetized water generation system, achieving the aim of accurately adding lowconcentration additive. Field application indicated that the respirable dust and total dust suppression efficiency of surfactant-magnetized water both increased more than 40% than that of water, improving the underground work environment.
