摘要
高瓦斯浓度掘进工作面进行高效预报是非常必要的。以高河煤矿为例,在分析该矿掘进工作面煤层结构及围岩应力状态的基础上,设计研究了煤与瓦斯突出智能化预报系统,可以对工作面中的瓦斯涌出浓度、煤层结构指标、围岩应力状态指标等进行实时监测,给出煤与瓦斯突出危险等级。实践表明,该套系统可以准确对煤与瓦斯突出情况进行预报,达到了预期目标,为煤矿安全奠定了基础。
It is necessary to carry out efficient forecasting for high gas concentration driving working face.Gaohe Mine was taken as an example,on the basis of analyzing the coal seam structure and stress state of surrounding rocks in the mining working face,an intelligent coal and gas outburst forecasting system was designed and studied,which can monitor the gas gushing concentration,coal seam structure index and surrounding rock stress state index in the working face in real time and settle the coal and gas outburst danger level.Practice showed that the system can accurately forecast the coal and gas outburst situation,which achieved the expected goal and laid the foundation for mine safety.
