摘要
塔山煤矿是同煤集团下属的高瓦斯矿井之一,瓦斯危害是矿井安全生产的最大威胁。为保障安全生产,塔山煤矿通过对8116工作面瓦斯含量、瓦斯涌出量、CO_(2)涌出量等参数进行分析,通过风流线路改线工作,在未增设局扇风机、未增加通风成本的前提下,对现有的通风回路进行调整。应用效果表明,优化后系统的通风效率明显提高,通风效果显著改善,该方案能够实现综采工作面的有效通风。
Tashan coal mine is one of the high gas mines of Datong Mining Group,and the gas hazard is the biggest threat to the safe production of the mine.In order to ensure safe production,the parameters of gas content,gas gush and CO_(2) gush at 8116 working face were analyzed,through the work of changing wind flow line,and the existing ventilation circuit was improved without additional local fan fans and increasing ventilation cost.The application effect showed that the ventilation efficiency of the optimized system was significantly improved,and the solution can realize the effective ventilation of the comprehensive mining working face.
