摘要
临床实践教学是传染病学教学的重要组成部分,重在巩固临床医学生的理论知识、培养临床医学生的临床诊疗思维能力、动手操作能力、临床创新能力等。但传染病具有其特殊性,如老传染病发病率逐渐减少,新发传染病不断出现提示当前的传染病学实践教学需要改变其传统的教学模式,传染病学实践中潜在的传染性风险、因传染病本身的地域性及季节性等原因导致见习病历缺乏或学生畏惧于传染病学实践教学等原因是当前传染病学实践教学现状。文章拟探讨在教学中应用以团队为基础的教学(team-based learning,TBL)联合角色扮演法(role playing learning,RPL)的教学模式,以期提高学生学习积极性、提升学生的临床实践技能,使学生更好的掌握传染病学相关知识。
Clinical practice teaching is an important part of infectious disease teaching,focusing on consolidating the theoretical knowledge of clinical medical students,cultivating the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,hands-on operation ability,clinical innovation ability of clinical medical students and so on.But infectious diseases have their own special characteristics,such as the gradual reduction of the incidence of old infectious diseases,the emergence of new infectious diseases indicates that the current teaching mode of infectious diseases practice teaching needs to change.Potential infectious risks of infectious disease practice,lack of trainee medical records due to the regionalism and seasonality,students’scare of infectious diseases practice and etc,are the present situation of infectious diseases practice teaching.We intend to explore the application of team-based teaching(team-based learning,TBL)combined role-playing(role playing learning,RPL)teaching model in infectious disease practice teaching,with a view to improving students'enthusiasm for learning,improving students'clinical practice skills,and making students better grasp the relevant knowledge of infectious diseases.
