摘要
目的调查新冠肺炎疫情期间国内不同区域的医学生对传染病学教育的认识现状,为推进传染病学教育改革提出有针对性的建议。方法由经过培训的调研人员通过发放网络问卷的形式对全国不同区域的医学生进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果有781名(93.0%)医学生表示传染病学的学习及传染科的实习/规培对个人疫情防控有指导作用;840名(100.0%)医学生认为未来应该更加重视传染病学教学;在课程设置方面,有402名(47.9%)医学生认为应增加传染病实践教育学时;96名(11.4%)医学生认为应该增加新发传染病的比重;136名(16.2%)医学生认为须增加院感方面的课程。结论在传染病的疾病谱不断发生变化,尤其是面对不断出现的新发传染病之际,传染病学的理论教学和实践培训的重要性尚未被提到足够的高度。因此,传染病学教学应该被扩展至所有专业(包括护理专业)医学生的全部学习阶段,在加强基础理论教学的同时,应适当增加新发传染病的内容,同时,传染病学实践培训教育也应该被贯穿到医学教育的始终。
ObjectiveTo investigate medical students'understanding of infectious disease edu-cation in different regions in China during the COVID-19 pandemic,and propose targeting sugges-tions to improve the education reform of infectious diseases.MethodsMedical students from different regions throughout China were surveyed through network questionnaires sent by trained investigators,and the data were analyzed.ResultsA total of 781 students(93.0%)indicated that the study of infectious disease and the practice/training given by the infectious diseases department has a great impact on the pandemic prevention and control,while 840 students(100.0%)thought that more attention should be paid on education of infectious diseases in the future.In terms of curriculum,402 students(47.9%)suggested that more time should be spent on practical edu-cation about infectious disease;96 students(11.4%)thought the proportion of emerging infec-tious diseases should be increased.Besides,136 students(16.2%)believed that more courses should be offered in hospital infection.ConclusionWhen the disease spectrum of infectious diseases is constantly changing,especially facing emerging infectious diseases,the importance of theoretical teaching and practical training in infectious diseases has not been paid sufficient attention.Infectious diseases teaching should be extended to all majors of medical students(includ-ing nursing specialty)at all stages of their study,and when strengthening the teaching of basic theory,the content of emerging infectious diseases should be increased as well.Meanwhile,practical training of infectious diseases should also run through the whole period of medical education.
