摘要
应用系统工程霍尔三维结构理论,从文化主体维度、文化形态维度、文化功能维度构建传染病医院应急文化体系。传染病医院应急文化体系建设是多维度、多层级、多要素的系统,需从文化主体维度注重培训教育、提升职工应急素质,从文化形态维度加强顶层设计、丰富医院应急文化内涵,从文化功能维度坚持"平战结合"差异化功能定位,形成与医院发展相适应的物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、观念文化,提升传染病医院卫生应急处置能力。
The emergency culture system of infectious disease hospital was constructed from the cultural subject dimension,cultural form dimension and cultural function dimension by applying Hall three dimensions structure.the construction of emergency culture system is a multi-dimensional,multi-level and multi-factor system,which needs to focus on training and education from the perspective of cultural subject,improve the emergency quality of employees;strengthen top-level design from the perspective of cultural form,and enrich the connotation of hospital emergency culture;adhere to the positioning of peace and war combined with differentiation function from the perspective of cultural function.In order to form the material culture,system culture,behavior culture and concept culture which are suitable for the development of the hospital,and further improve the emergency response capacity of infectious disease hospital.
