思维导图结合翻转课堂在诊断学教学中的应用探讨 被引量:12

摘要 目的思维导图结合翻转课堂在诊断学教学中的应用探讨。方法选取117名2017级临床医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,对照组(58名)采用翻转课堂教学,研究组(59名)采用思维导图+翻转课堂教学法。通过理论考试和临床实践技能考核成绩进行效果评价。结果研究组的理论考试成绩和实验技能均比对照组高,两组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论思维导图结合翻转课堂的教学方法可以进一步深化教学改革,调动学习兴趣,形成主动参与的“探究性”教学模式,有效提高诊断学的教学质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of mind map combined with flipped classroom in diagnostics teaching.Methods A total of 117 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The control group(58 students)adopted flipped classroom teaching method,and the study group(59 students)adopted mind map+flipped classroom teaching method.The teaching effects were evaluated through the examination results of theory and clinical practice skills.Results The examination scores of theory and clinical practice skills in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The teaching method of mind map combined with flipped classroom can further deepen the teaching reform and mobilize students’learning interests to form an“inquiry”teaching mode with active participation.It can effectively improve the teaching quality of diagnostics and is worth being popularized.
