摘要
随着我国高等医学教育的迅猛发展和医学卫生事业改革的不断深入,临床医学教学所面临的问题和矛盾日显突出。本文通过对传统教学模式(LBL),以病例为基础(CBL)两种教学模式的相互比较,分析两种教学模式各自的优缺点,结合普外科教学的自身特点,发现CBL教学模式与传统教学模式相互结合,是一种可行的新型教学模式。
With the rapid development of China' s higher medical education and deepening of medical health reform, the problems faced by clinical teaching are more obvious today. In this paper, we compare two kinds of teaching models, the traditional learning (LBL) and the case-based learning (CBL). We analyze their advantages and disadvantages and combine the inherent characteristics of general surgery teaching. We have found that CBL combined with traditional learning pattern is a feasible new type of teaching mode.
